I would like to by some plastic can top covers. These snap onto open cans of cat food (both the 5.5 and 13 oz size can).

I had several from the old pet store. Over the course of the past few months, I gave many of them away to help others. Now that I have the guys all in different foods (Evan's food mixture, Missy's wet food for her meds, regular cat food for the other guys), I don't have enough to go around.

I checked the local dollar store, thinking I might find tem there, but no luck. I don't even know what to call them for an intenet search.

If you know where I can find them, please advise.

Thanks

Mark

I was just thinking that I saw them hanging on a stringer type thing in PetSmart a few weeks ago when I was there, and I believe I saw some (also hanging on a stringer thing) from a shelf at my local grocers as well in the last week or two. Since Maria can find you some I won't bother but I will check again next grocery trip (I have to pick up bread and milk on Monday) in case she can't find them and you still need some. Then I will send them too you. I'll wait to hear if Maria finds them first though. (The ones I saw at Petsmart had cat heads on them...)

Michelle:

Thanks. I got mine from the mom and pop pet food store - the one that shut down before this new one opened. The new store does not have any of them.

I found a real bargin at the new local store - feliway refills at $4 less than Petsmart. The store will also order a 40# bag of Cat Attract litter for me. They sell it there, too.

I like these people.

I wish we had a nice little store like that nearby. The closest PetSmart to me is an hour away and any of the local stores (farm stores, Agway and such) only carry dog stuff. Cat food or other cat supplies around here are extremely limited. I've even discussed this problem with little old ladies (with cats) in line at the post office so I know it's not just my imagination. Even they thought we needed a cat store around here as it is harder for them to drive such distances for their cats products and/or they are forced to buy the higher priced very limited things they can find from the locals.

Ok...so, if I win the lottery I will have to open an emergency veterinary clinic (the nearest one is in Glens Falls over 2 hours away) AND a pet store of some type that has a good selection of cat products. I'll keep that in mind. I would love to do that.....now, if I could just "forsee" the future winning lottery numbers in my dreams so I coud buy the correct tickets for the correct drawing..... They have them at Amzaon.com

2 for $0.99. But it wouldn't be worth paying the shipping if that is all you were ordering.

If you are doing a search, just call them: cat food can covers

I'm rather sure PetFoodDirect.com has them also.
