Thanks for all good wishes and messages everyone! I'm feeling good now. The area that is still a bit red is itchy now. My ankle is still swollen though, but not as badly as it had been.

I'm relieved and happy for you. We sure miss you around here, but I'm glad you're health is improving - and we can wait until you're all healed. That sure was a nasty looking tick bite. Yuk! incazzato

Thanks for all the good wishes. Finally, as of this morning, all seems healed up with no infection, but there is a big scab over where I got bit. This was some bad infection!
