OK. This is frustrating. This is the third time I've tried to make this post. Let's see if I can get it to work this time.

Here is the only picture where you can see Ranger's eyes. He is napping on the floor in front of the woodstove.

Here is is napping on daddy's chair.

More napping. It requires lots of practice.

I'm Mr. Pippin and this message should be about ME 'cause I'm cute.

Mark,

I'm so glad you posted some pictures. I have to ask you this.....does Ranger keep himself that clean? All by himself? He is so white! And strikingly beautiful.

His eyes are a beautiful blue......the first picture doesn't have any red eye - at least I don't see it from here.

Mr. Pippin is also a beautiful cat. I love looking at pictures of the kitties on this forum......most especially the ones that are so natural like you just posted.

Thanks for sharing them. I really have to get going on taking some more pictures. I did take a couple of Molly and Jeremy when we first moved here. I'm going to look for them so I can post them......then take some more, maybe tomorrow since it's going to snow and I'll probably be inside most of the day.

Maria

Hi Maria:

For about the 65th or 6th time today, I've lost a message that I was typing into the text box. This is getting really frustrating!

Frustration aside – Ranger keeps himself clean and white. It must be all that good living!

Before his IC / FUS/ FLUTD started up nine months ago, I would take Ranger to the groomers every three months or so for a bath and a trim of his bloomers and belly. He would attract a rowdy Klingon crowd, and you know what happens when you mix Klingons and bloodwine!

Wait, scratch that! Ranger would get cling-ons when his bloomers were long, not Klingons. No illegal (space) aliens were partying at my house!

Humor (from frustration) aside, all I do with Ranger is to comb him out with a flea comb three or four times a week. His hair is very soft and fine, but very thick. I’m quite lucky that he does not mat. What I do get when I comb him out is softer than cotton.

Given his looks, I always wondered if there was some Turkish Van or Turkish Angora in him.

The vets have always commented on how beautiful and white Ranger is. Often, when I see all white cats, the fur has a yellowish tint to it. Ranger does not.

Now, I had better post this message before I have to write it for the third time!

Mark

Wow Ranger is absolutely stunning! Is shedding ever a problem?

Mister Pippin is super cute, as always.

Thanks for sharing!

Shedding is not much of a problem. The combing keeps it under control. When he does shed, it is very visable!

Um...hey Mark? Does Ranger always "nap" with his eyes open? teehee

Great pictures..... but that last one of Mr. Pippin - well...he looks just like the terrorist I have living in my midst. (He just tried to attack Snowball in the face again a second ago and Snowball is not wearing his collar.)

Beautiful pictures, Mark!

That Pippin picture is funny. Jolie does that sometimes, but only when it is hot. She lies like that under the ceiling fan, to cool off her belly, it seems.

Yes, that is on reason why I didn't post the past few days. They are doing some more update things on the server, but they never, ever tell when they will be doing it, so I can't let any of us know when not to bother trying to post. Confused
