Dealing with lost, stray or feral cats (such as TNR, befriending frightened strays) Many stray cats make wonderful pets, if you give them a chance. Most were someone's pet at one time, but wound up homeless for some reason, having gotten lost or dumped out of their former home. Don't ignore the strays!
