I've been away all week........just came back......and so HAPPY to hear the good news about Clay. That's certainly a relief - and a reason to celebrate!

I remember reading the post about Simon. I remember his passing being unexpected and that you found him in one his favorite spots.

I can definitely relate to how hard it is adjusting to the sudden illness/death of a love cat. When Mills got sick, it was very unexpected and he was put to sleep 7 days later. I really think it took me a year to adjust to his passing. At times, I still think he visists me. I am not sure if that is him visiting me or me still adjusting to him being gone.

You are in my thoughts!
