Guys:
The message notification system seems to be working again. Last night, I received notifications of all of Maria and Margaret’s new messages.
Let’s hope the forum programmers have this issue solved.

Oh my!!!! Mark, you are RIGHT!!!! I came here to the forum first (as I have been for quite a while now) and this was the first thread I came to (I go down the page in order). I read your message and opened a new tab to look and sure enough, there they are!!!! I just emptied that particular mail program last night at about 7:30 p.m. so I know that every message on there is a new one. Thanks for letting us know. _________________ Michelle |

It looked as if the good news was short lived. Today's new message notifications are not being sent to me

Yep - I didn't get any today either. It could be due to the forum server being down this morning. Oh well... it was fun while it lasted. _________________ Michelle |

It seems the notifications from ForumUp.com are not reliable. However, I get them all from ForumUp.nl, where I am also staff. Hmmm. Right now the webmaster has more serious things to try to fix, such as this virus problem. After that gets resolved, I'll bring up the notification problems. _________________ Margaret, a/k/a Galensgranny |

I'm not that concerned with the notifications anymore.....I've gotten used to scanning each topic for new threads or new posts anyway. The way I do it, I think I'm pretty good at catching everything. _________________ Michelle |

For what it is worth ragarding the message notifications....
I'm only receiving message notifications for new posts for Maria. I'm not getting them from anyone else.

Hmmm. She must be very special then!
But, soon we won't need to worry about messages from this ForumUp forum, since we will be moving. _________________ Margaret, a/k/a Galensgranny |

Hi Margaret:
You are also special - I received a message notification from you, too.
