Stinky Surprise!

I’m getting around to finishing up some of yesterday’s work, specifically putting up the case of Wellness Chicken and Herring I bought yesterday.

As I open the plastic covering of the case, a horrible smell hits me – rottenness. The smell is really foul. One or more of the cans had ruptured, most likely from poor shipping or packaging.

So, off I was, back to the store, to exchange the case. They have never had a problem like this before. They did not have enough Chicken and Herring to make a whole case – so I got ½ case and mixed it with other Wellness flavors.

I tell you, the smell was so foul and so clinging, I had to change clothes to make it go away.

Missy, and the other dog at the store, for some strange reason, seemed to like the smell. The other dog was all over me!

Dogs are very strange creatures sometimes.... I can just picture you with a strange dog all over you for the way you smell. Luckily this was a friendly dog.....it WAS a friendly dog, right?

It was a friendly dog. I went out of the store with all the parts and pieces that I walked in with.
