Hmm. Not sure why the pics aren't showing up, since you have the Img tags around the URL. Maybe with Photobucket you need to have the link some different way.
Here is how AlishaN. had her link to a pic from Photobucket that did work to show the pic.

So I think you need to get it to start out the same as Alisha did. Yours is starting with a number.

Correct way: Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum! | (But with the Img tags around it.
Yes! It works that way. Here is Shrub.

Here is Pookie!
Ah ha! I think one problem is that you had too many big pics to go in one message. This works with just one of those big pics per post.
What you also need to do, but hadn't, is to put img in front of the word photobucket _________________ Margaret, a/k/a Galensgranny |

Hmmm. Your code looks right. Why didn't it work?
The boys!
Hee hee! It works for me! What I did was post the url in a new web browser and open the page with the pic, then copied and pasted that "fresh" url in the message. Then it worked. But it should have worked just from editing the URL in your message.
Oh well, a mystery of computers!

Never give up!!
That problem with closing explorer sounds like something with your computer. It never happened to me, on a few different computers (home, differernt work computers.)
You could have some what they call "Malware" on your computer. First, clear out your cookies and temp files. On Windows XP go to control panel- perfomance and maintenance- free up space on your hard disk.
Then, run Ad Aware. If you don't have it, download it for free from Only registered users can see links on this forum! Register or Login on forum! | On the left menu bar, chose "Ad Aware personal". That is the free one. What Ad Aware does, as they say, is:
"Ad-Aware Personal provides advanced protection from known data-mining, aggressive advertising, Trojans, dialers, malware, browser hijackers, and tracking components. "
Then totally shut down your computer, and then restart it. Run Ad Ad-Aware again.
Then try coming here hang out a bit, and close the browser, to see if it still happens. If it does, go to Panda. Even if it doesn't, go to Panda anyway.
Panda will scan, disinfect and eliminate over 90,000 viruses, worms and Trojans from all system devices, hard disks, compressed files and all your email folders, for free!.

If you still have that problem after all the above, let me know. _________________ Margaret, a/k/a Galensgranny |
