Margaret:

Ranger's Baytril course is to run 14 days - so I have 10 more days to go with it.

That is subject to the results of the urine culture. I should get the results on Tuesday. His prescription may change after that.

If we keep him on Baytril, I will go to the pharmacy and have it compounded into a treat.

Mark

Mark - I believe you can also get Baytril in a liquid.... Bunny (the rabbit I had that died from CRF) was on Baytril and I don't remember giving her any pills.... only liquid meds....several of course at a sitting, but all liquid none the less....

It IS a very nasty tasting medication, just FYI. I say that from "personal experience".
